Rockingham U9 day - Sunday 24th June **CANCELLED**
Rockingham CCC host the first of 2 Under 9 tournaments this Sunday (24th June) 2pm start. As last year the day will be a day of junior cricket
Rockingham Blue will play 3 games starting at 2pm and finishing at approx 5pm. A total of 8 teams will be in attendance altogether. As last year there will be a BBQ, cakes and buns, refreshements and bar open from 12pm.
Prior to the Under 9s Rockingham's Under 11s will be in action at home to Penistone in a friendly. The game starts at 10am and the BBQ will be lit and serving bacon sandwiches from 11am.
Then Rockingham's Under 9s (Blue Team) take to the field against Sheffield Utd, Bradfield and Aston Hall starting at 2pm.
The bar remains open until 7pm and once the Under9s have finished (approx 5pm)it will be time to have a relaxing drink and some games of cricket for both juniors and parents.
The day will also be a valuable fundraiser for the club so please come and support the juniors and bring friends and family for what should be a good day. Any donations of raffle prizes or baking will be welcome.
