Draft 5 Year Development Plan

I am starting the long process of applying for ClubMark status for the club. Without it, we are ineligible to apply for grants, rate relief, etc. One of the requirements of ClubMark is to have plan for the future of the club and a clear direction on how to get there. I have attached my first attempt at this Development Plan, which hopefully we can develop with a view to getting members’ sign off. It’s quite wordy (and very dull), but the important bits are on pages 6 and 7. Feel free to have a look and let me have any feedback.
