Romulus FC seek to appoint new chairperson

The Roms are looking for someone with the time, dedication and passion to drive the club forward commercially, within the community, and work with local authorities with the aim of building a sustainable club competing at higher levels of football in the future.

While personal investment would be welcome, the successful candidate would not necessarily be expected to invest in the club financially, but would be expected to work with and lead the committee in generating income, amongst other projects.

Romulus FC is a members club that is run democratically by committee – it is not a limited company and there are no shares or tangible assets – the club is solvent and carries no historic debt.

Like all other committee positions at the club, this is a voluntary role – the right person would be someone who wants to play a key part within an aspirational football club and has the time, ideas and desire to see the club fulfil its potential.

All parties should declare any interest in writing in the first instance, preferably via email, to: romuluswebsite@hotmail.co.uk

Or via post to: Mr Richard Evans, Warwick House, 18 Forge Lane, Sutton Coldfield, West Midlands, B76 1AH.

Declarations of interest will be dealt with in the strictest confidence, and that same obligation of confidence is expected of all candidates.
