It really was a game of two halves last Sunday when we ventured to Aberdeen Wanderers.

The first game of the season is always tough, especially when you travel with only 15 players, however by half-time the close-season cobwebs were completely blown away as we ran in 5 tries to lead 25-0.

The second half was a different story though; Wanderers made some substitutions and, with tiredness starting to show in our players, they fought their way back into the game, scoring 4 tries and converting 3 of them. But another 2 Ross tries along the way secured the win 35-26.

A good game and a great win for us against tough opposition. Thanks to Wanderers for hosting us.

Tries: Ross Gordon, Josh Holloway (2), Jake Geddis, Henry Pearce, Cameron Munro, Alan Bregazzi
