DESCRIPTION
The Coaching Micro Rugby workshop will help coaches develop an understanding of the age and stage appropriate content. The workshop will focus on developing players competence in movement and fundamental sporting skills using a games and multi sport approach.
By the end of the workshop, coaches will have an understanding of the purpose of Micro rugby and develop a bank of games to play during sessions.

Workshop Outline
1.…develop a further understanding of the purpose of Micro rugby and how it fits within the players journey.
2.…develop a further understanding of the ‘how to’ skills specifically for Micro rugby in relation to planning and delivery.
3.…deliver a bank of games and activities to assist in your Micro rugby delivery.
