Scottish Rugby has recently achieved the Intermediate Equality Standard in Sport and now has an Equality Action Plan and a dedicated Equality and Outreach Manager.

Our aim is for everyone involved in rugby to feel included and respected playing the game. We believe that each one of us has a responsibility to ensure this is achieved.

One of the actions from the Equality Action Plan is to increase equality awareness amongst our member clubs. Therefore, we encourage you to undertake a short equality and diversity course.

We have identified appropriate training provided by ACAS, that takes around 20 minutes to complete.

We kindly ask that you pass this information onto as many club members as possible and ask them to complete the training.
