This year's AGM will be held on Tuesday 24th May, 2016.
The Rotherham Hockey Club AGM is to be held on Tuesday 24th May, 2016, at the Phoenix Sports and Social Club, starting at 19:00.
ALL Club members are encouraged to attend this important meeting.
An agenda is attached, along with a nomination list.
Please note that some of the roles in the nomination list may differ slightly from those which we have for next season.
Any such changes will be discussed and agreed upon at the meeting.
If you can spare some time to support the Club by taking on one of the roles, please send an email to:nominations@rotherhamhc.org.uk.
You can also use this email address to send any items you wish to be added to the 'Any other business' section of the agenda.
Note - items to add must be received at least 14 days prior to the meeting.
