Apologies for the delay in sorting this out and we now have agreement from the Committee on how the ballot will work.
We have nearly 70 people who have requested tickets and only have 32 tickets to allocate.
Allocated tickets will only be issued to Club Members, Club Officials, Vice Presidents and their immediate families so we can be fair on the distribution of tickets and as per England Hockey Board rules they remain within the 'Hockey Family'.
Any members who have tickets for the afternoon session are also eligible for the draw based on their existing allocation.
To keep costs down for all attendees, it is expected that everyone will travel on the Club arranged coach. Costs for travel are currently not known but will be advertised as soon as available.
We will draw the 12 tickets at £20 first, followed by the 20 at £35 and we will also draw a reserve list if anyone decides they no longer wish to take up their ticket allocation.
Payment for tickets and coach travel needs to be made by Saturday 10th March or tickets will be allocated to people on the reserve list.
If anyone purchases tickets which later they cannot use, these will need to be returned to the Club to resell and hopefully we have someone who can purchase these tickets so a refund can be provided.
I will be emailing all people who have requested tickets via the ballot over the next couple of weeks to confirm ticket requirements. If you haven't heard from me by Friday 10th February, please email me enclosing your previous email requesting tickets.
