recently undertook a challenge called "Total Warrior". I am not too sure what exactly this challenge (there are many) entailed, but by the looks on the faces post-challenge; it was testing. This fantastic bunch of people have raised a terrific sum of around £1000.00 (once Jack submits his sponsorship), for the club's pitch fund. This is a truly wonderful effort by all concerned and to each I would like to send my personal thanks for the pain they went through. I know the Management Committee are overwhelmed by this achievement and I am confident that the rest of the club will want to add to our/my thanks. This shows real commitment to our cause and endeavour in getting back to the old Aurora site as well as support for the club in general. This benefits us all and shows what dedication these people have in trying to support the club's goals and aims. It is no mean feat what has been achieved here. Please thank them individually when you come across them.

On a personal note: I think I would probably still be trying to get round 2 weeks after everyone had finished; after all, "I am an old stick in the mud"!!
