Rotherham Hockey club would like to congratulate both Thomas Downs and Jessica Vaughan on their recent selection to play at the England Hockey Futures Cup tournament. This is the last level of hockey below the National squad so is an outstanding achievement for both players.

Thomas has recently moved from Rotherham, where he came through the youth system, to Doncaster HC where he is playing in their 2nd team currently in the Men's North league, Division 2 East. Thomas will play in the under 16's boys team representing the Pennine Puma's (North of England) in the cup.

Jessica now plays in the Ladies 1st team at Rotherham who play in the North Women's Hockey League, Division 2 South East. Jessica will play in the under 15's girls team, again, representing the Pennine Puma's (North of England) in the cup.

Well done to both Tom and Jess, an outstanding achievement that you should both be very proud of. Enjoy every minute!
