Northampton ON Chenecks (H) team news
Same as last week!
We continue to keep on the path of giving youth its head. We will have three or four lads from Kettering Town and two lads from AFC Rushden and Diamonds' excellent youth set-up, along with our home-grown youngsters.
I've never known a club in administration and a points deduction that doesn't lose some players and results suffer because of it in that same season.
What the club is trying to do is make sure that the rest of this season and next season will be a good one, being debt free and to have a future to look forward to.
Due to all this my contacts in football have been tested to the maximum and this has been reflected on the signing of our 50th player this week. I'm working non-stop to keep the club stable and make sure it stays that way for the long term.
Off the field the players and staff want to use this update to thank Claire and Stuart for their help.
