Following a meeting of the Football Management Committee at Rushall Olympic FC on Monday 21 May, the following items of note have been delared:

MEMORABILIA REQUIRED FOR PLAYERS LOUNGE

With Rushall Olympic FC always looking to improve their facilities within the Social Club at Dales Lane, officials are on the look out for any footballing memorabilia relating to the Pics that they can use to adorn the walls of the refurbished Players Lounge.

If anyone has any pictures, team photos or old programmes associated with Rushall then they should contact STUART PERRY who will only be too glad to collect them in person.

CLUB MEMBERSHIPS NOW DUE

Rushall Olympic FC Social Club members are reminded that membership subscriptions are now due.

The costs will remain the same for 2012-13 at £5.00 per person or couple/family.

FOOTBALL CLUB MEMBERSHIP SCHEME

Rushall Olympic FC will once again be operating their popular Football Club Membership Scheme.

For the sum of just £5.00 supporter’s will be issued with a membership card that will entitle them to free parking on match days (a saving of £1.00 per game) and an additional £0.50 reduction in the standard admission charge to the Pics Evo-Stik League Premier Division home games (reducing adult admission to just £7.00).

ADDITIONAL MATCHDAY STEWARDS REQUIRED

Rushall Olympic FC are on the look out for additional voluntary matchday stewards for their 2012-13 Evo-Stik League Premier Division campaign.

Prospective candidates will ideally be 18 years of age or older and full training will be given.

VOLUNTEERS REQUIRED TO RUN CLUB SHOP ON MATCHDAYS

Rushall Olympic FC are on the look out for additional volunteers to assist with the running of the Pics Club Shop on matchday stewards during season 2012-13.

The shop will generally be open before games and during the half-time interval.

ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

The Annual General Meeting of Rushall Olympic FC has been arranged for Friday 3 August and will take place in the Social Club at Dales Lane, commencing at 8.30 pm.
