THE PICS are pleased to announce the signing of central defender GAVIN CAINES.
The 28 year old offers a wealth of experience having played for a number of years in The Football League and the Conference.
He began his career in July 2003 at Walsall but moved to Cheltenham Town where he played over 140 games for the Robins scoring eight goals.
In August 2009 he joined Kidderminster Harriers playing a total of twenty seven games, scoring twice, before having a loan spell at Luton Town.
In August 2010 the big central defender checked in at The New Lawn where he enjoyed a successful season with Forest Green Rovers playing almost forty games and scoring three goals.
We welcome Gavin to Dale Lane and hope his stay with us will be a long and successful one.
