Rushall Olympic's Evo-Stik League Premier Division fixture at Nantwich Town tomorrow already looks in doubt with a largely clear and very cold night expected in Cheshire, coupled with a widespread hard frost.
Temperatures look set to plummet as low as minus three celcius and are not expected to rise much above freezing during the day, with snow then forecast at some point during the afternoon and evening.
A pitch inspection is due to take place at the Weaver Stadium at around 10:15 am.
