PICS' boss, Neil Kitching will be making sure that his players don't get into a 'comfort zone' having finished the season in eighth place.
"It's so important that the players don't get comfortable and think because we finished just outside the play-offs, we're okay," he said. "Other clubs have suffered because of complacency and I am determined that this won't happen here.
"I want to progress and continue to build on what we have achieved in recent years.
"We know that we have to keep improving and striving to achieve new goals.
"I'll be assessing the squad over the next few weeks and looking to bring in extra quality during the summer."
