Our Volunteers
Rutland Hockey Club is incredibly grateful to a dedicated team of volunteers, the majority of whom are players, coaches and umpires within the club, but who also include parents and ex-players that just couldn't stay away. Without the time and effort that they put in in, the club could not continue to provide hockey opportunities for so many people.
Wherever possible, the club tries to support the professional development of its volunteers. We are particularly proud of the number of young coaches and umpires from the club that have become officially accredited by England Hockey over recent years.
If you would like to become part of the volunteering team, please contact us via the online form or in person at a club event. All volunteer positions require a CRB check (which the club will arrange) and additional 1st aid and child protection training will also be provided.
