Guy's now we are into the new Premier season and we know what to expect the rules of engagement have changed.
We have to field a team we believe can not only compete but win at this level therefore what you do in training in regard to turning up on time, behaviour, attentiveness, effort and improvement will all be considered when we are selecting the team.
Please understand that we will not exclude anyone who works hard and wants to play irrespective of level we just want you guys to understand that you need to take some responsibility and ownership.
You need to be the ones controlling your environment not the coaches so take ownership work hard and have a great season.
