Although there are a small improvements that we need to make eg introducing food temperature probes, our kitchen cleanliness passed with flying colours.
Much of the work was done at our recent Clubhouse maintenance day when bar manager Sam Cooze along with Nigel Shulver and Mary Nicholls spent the day scrubbing the floors and cleaning the ovens. Thanks to all 3 of them for their hard work.
An 'end of session' list will be provided in the kitchen noting the tasks that kitchen users will have to follow once the kitchen has been finished with - please could everyone follow the instructions.
