You can find the form in the documents section of this website - go to Club Info / Documents / Membership Form. Please hand to me either on Saturday at the match or Tuesday at training. Alternativley, email me a copy on danielle.boothman87@gmail.com.
Also membership fees are due in, £95 senior membership, £35 for Juniors / Students / Unemployed.
