Have you verified your email?
Some people have signed up to our website but have not, as yet, completed the 'email confirmation' process. The following explains how to do this.
Log onto the Sale hockey club pitchero website using your email and password
Click on 'Pitchero Profile'
Click on 'Privacy and Account Settings'
Click on 'Email Settings'
Click on 'Send confirmation email'
You will then receive an email from Pitchero which simply needs to be acknowledged by clicking on the link contained within it.
If you are unsure as to whether or not you have carried out this process, there is no harm in checking by following the above procedure. Once within the 'Email Settings' screen, the confirmation email option will have a green tick or red cross depending on your particular status.
The benefits of completing this simple process are that you will be able to receive the weekly round-ups and newsletters from the website.
