Some information as covered in the meeting last week for those who missed it. It is likely we will meet once more in the next 10 days or so.

Buzancais Provisional Tour Arrangements

Provisional Itinerary

Thursday 28th March - Evening
Assemble luggage at Club, as well as other kit to take to France.

Friday 29th March – Meet at Club 0500
0600 – Coach leaves.
0830 – Ferry from Plymouth – Roscoff
1530 (French time) Arrive Roscoff
2300 approx arrive at Buzancais – Meet Hosts – evening with hosts.
Compulsory wear - Tour tie with loud shirt with flat cap

Saturday 30th March
AM – Usually reception with Mayor of Buzancais.
PM – Match against Buzancais XV
Evening – Function with Buzancais
Compulsory wear - Berets, tour tie with white shirt except tour virgins who must wear a pink shirt

Sunday 31st March
AM – Free time with Hosts/Trip and linch
PM – Posisble match with Buzancais XV
- Buzancais 1st XV Cup Match.
Evening – Saltash Buffet for our hosts.
Compulsory wear - Easter bonnet (for competition and fashion parade). Old tour polo shirts except tour virgins whose polo shirt will be supplied
Easter bonnet to be purchased from charity shop decorated by tour members

Monday 1st April
Depart Buzancais 0700 approx.
Afternoon Ferry departs 1600.
Arrive in Saltash 2230 approx

[b]Kit List[/b]

-Two bottles of Cornish beers or cider, (present for opposition)
-Present for host,
-Present for tour virgins
-One name badge
-Beret
-Loud shirt
-White shirt (Pink for tour virgins)
-Old tour shirt
-Easter bonnet from charity shop with reciept for proof of purchase decorated.
-Valid Passport (Dave Jackson Especially)
-One playing card which has the value of tours completed.
-Anyone having done more than 10 tours (Bill Ryan) take Joker.
-Tour virgins to carry Ace of Clubs.
-Anyone over the age of 40 must bring one piece of medical equipment 'which assists daily living' for example walking frame, incontinence knickers, hearing aid etc etc. -You get the idea.................
