As always please feel free to approach Lee in person or any of his coaching team should you wish to discuss any of your points in greater detail. We are hear to listen, help and respond positively to your feedback but most of all ensure each player has fun and a positive experience with SRFC.

The results of the survey look to be very positive. Lee will review with his coaching staff and we will all look to address the comments and offers of help in the near future.

On asking if the players are happy the average score out of 10 was 9.18 (10 being very happy)

On asking if the parents are happy the average score out of 10 was 9.54 (10 being very happy)

On asking if you were happy with the coaching staff the average score out of 10 was 9.45 (10 being very Happy)

There was also 100% interest in an away day, tour, beach rugby event in the summer or some such event.

Interesting Comments: (The ones that can be published)
-Can we run a first aid course for the players
-A tackling master class maybe with the colts would help
-Be mindful of the differing physique levels
-Could we source waterproofs for the players - very apt given the weather today
-We had a potential offer of sponsorship
-Can we take the time to explain the positions and the role they play in the game
-Can parents get membership? Yes you can!
-The all weather pitch is not ideal, rather train on grass
-Couple of players struggle to train on a Wednesday
-Ensure variety during the training
-More discipline
-Emails would help the communication but texts work well
-Amongst the parents we also have a qualified ref, level 1 coach and ex Albion player...no pressure coaches
-Lots of offer of help with various tasks, setting up, transport etc. You will be asked!!
