Januarys Board meeting was held on 1/9 at Murphys Law

In attendance:
Board- Julie Boggs, Matt Midgett, Kristie Muller, Steve Drysdale
Club Members- Ian Hastie,Kevin McKenzie,Dawayne McKibban, CJ Regnet

Highlights:
1. Dues are $65 and due ASAP. For men to play their first game it must be paid by Jan 26th, treasurer will not be taking dues game day to make a player eligible. Same goes for the ladies, dues by Feb 15th to play first game. All pay plan arrangements must be made ASAP, not hte week of games.

2. Men will be staying in the GRU this year.

3. Steve Drysdale will stay as mens player rep. CJ Regnet will now be the mens match secretary, Justin is stepping down.

4. Youth Rugby Conference is in Atlanta weekend of Jan 27-29. Anyone interested in attending, please contact Matt Midgett

5. The March meeting will be held on March 5th to give us a chance to assist Schomberg on St. Pats

6. St Patricks Day- all Shamrocks are expected to help. There will be a task list that will be available for everyone to sign up closer to the date. Only those who help will receive a beer mug this year, everyone else the cost will be $35.

7. Memorial Hospital- we will be purchasing the playroom toys this week for our monthly investment. When they move into the new playroom in June we will be included in their mural at the hospital and named as the sponsor of the playroom

8. Oked 25 kit bags to be preordered for sale.

Next meeting is February 13th. All are welcomed. I was also asked to let everyone know our float has been secured for St. Patricks Day Parade.
