Membership - Memberships
Dues Structure:
Full member/player - $375/year, $200/season, $35/month, ( less than $8/week)
New member (1st season)/Student - $150 season, $26/month, ($6/week)
Alumni/Social - $ 120/year, $65/season, $12/month
Full and student memberships include annual CIPP fees; Alumni/Social members must cover annual CIPP out-of-pocket. Players who initiate or renew CIPP at their own expense will have the cost ($45) count towards their first dues payment.
Lifetime memberships are currently not being offered.
Members may opt for monthly automatic payment through the designated service (currently Paypal). Monthly payments are adjusted to cover transaction fees.
Sevens dues are to be determined by Sevens chair, and do not count as payment towards annual club dues.
The fiscal year for dues payment will begin on September 1, and end on August 31. Player eligibility for 1st side selection will be directly related to dues payment. In order to be considered for selection, players must be paid as shown, by the listed dates:
• 1st Fall match, or 9/10 (whichever comes first) - 25% ($100 paid)
• Mid Season, Fall (3rd Saturday in October) - 40% ($160 paid)
• 1st Spring match, or 3/1 (whichever comes first) - 70% ($280 paid)
• Mid Season, Spring (2nd Saturday in April) - 100% ($400 paid)
Players participating in automatic monthly payments are exempt from this requirement, as their payments are guaranteed.
Any member wishing to pay annually, must submit payment no later than 25 days into the fiscal year (September 25). After that date, all payments must be seasonal or monthly.
Any member not paid in full by these dates will be considered "liability" and suspended from selection until payment arrangements are made. Players not paid according to schedule may be selected for B side at the coach's and captain's discretion.
