We will have 4 sessions to prepare for D3's opening league match and D1's pre-season friendly. Emphasis for these 2 weeks will be on basics and adapting to our new attack shape.

Please make sure all the needed gear is available Tuesday, cones, pads and balls. Be advised, anytime we are lacking needed equipment to conduct practice as planned, the impacted time will be spent on fitness or selected core skills.

Match Secretary Matt Chiaramonte has put in the effort to load our entire schedule into TeamSnap. Please return the favor by entering your availability. The coaches need this info to plan training sessions and formulate selections.
