CODE OF CONDUCT
TEAM OFFICIALS
•Players should be encouraged to be good sports and play by the rules
•DO NOT enter the playing area during play other than to give support to an official and/or to provide medical treatment or help and assistance to a player
•NEVER verbally abuse any player
•NEVER use offensive language
•Discourage players from being abusive to anyone
•NEVER shout abusive at officials
•NEVER publicly question the judgement of an official
•REMEMBER officials have to make decisions quickly – they may not always be right
•REMEMBER the official’s decision is final
•Promote sport for enjoyment not just for winning
If the CODE OF CONDUCT is NOT adhered to – membership of Sedgley Park RUFC may be terminated.
