I spotted the knock on, petty the ref didn't! I think his whistle only worked when we had the ball.
May I Refer you to the statement below and remind you that we have younger viewers on the site. Great to see the under 7s doing so well each week.
There is a referees course coming up at Sedge soon. Hope to see you there David.
IN RUGBY UNION SPECTATORS SHOULD:
• Remember children play sport for their enjoyment not yours.
• Acknowledge good individual and team performance from ALL youngsters
irrespective of which team they play for.
• Respect match official's decisions.
REMEMBER, they are volunteers providing an opportunity for youngsters to
play rugby.
NEVER VERBALLY ABUSE YOUNG PLAYERS, MATCH OFFICIALS,
FELLOW SPECTATORS OR COACHES.
• Such behaviour can create a negative environment for young players and their
behaviour will often reflect this.
• Acknowledge effort and good performance rather than the "win at all costs" ethic.
• Verbally encourage all youngsters in a positive way. If you do .Condemn bad
behaviour language, rude behaviour and violence.
• Encourage all youngsters irrespective of their ability – never ridicule any individual
player, regardless of the team they play for.

Looked to me like it was kicked in the attempted pick up to me. Not a knock on!
I went to watch the minis play last Sunday at Bury. Considering the u7 / u8 and u9 have only been playing competitive games for about 4weeks - was I proud of them. The u10s/u11 and u12s yet again showing what the future for SP will be. Thanks must also go to Dave, Tony, Graham, Phil, Simon and Andrew for achieving so much in such a short time with such young players.
PITY MORE PEOPLE DON'T COME DOWN ON SUNDAY AND WATCH ALL THE MINI AND JUNIOR TEAMS PLAY - THEY ARE SEDGLEY'S FUTURE AND WE SHOULD NOT FORGET THEM
