Mirts Blackboard

For those who don't know who or what mirts blackboard is.
The physical object is the chalk board which can be found in the main room.
It is know as Mirts Blackboard as it is named after Mirt who for many years would update it every Saturday. He still religiously records scores in his club handbook every week to help Steve Ward with his end of season stats.
Who is Mirt you may ask, Mirt is one of the real stalwarts of the club who sits on a stool by the bar in the lounge.
Mirt played for the club for many years He then took up reffing and eventually sat as Chairman of selectors.
So there you go a bit of Selby history now available through 21st century technology.
