Selby U 17's were at home to an aggressive Pocklington side .
Selby were keen to improve on their disappointing loss to Beverley and came out all guns firing against a large team of Pock lads. With Selby Senior XV s recent win in the Yorkshire Shield against Old rivals Pock the Selby 17's were also keen to grab a win to keep themselves at the top of the table.
Selby were well orgainsed and came out scoring early on. This was to be the first of many and Selby were again on form with the team firing on all cylinders,in all eight tries were scored with four conversions.
Some excellent defence by Selby with Pocklington managing to worm there way through the defence on only one occasion.
Sorry lads but to many to name in a great team effort.Scorers will follow.

The final score Selby 48 Pocklington 7.

Training Tuesday and Thursdays 7.0pm for any interested newcomers.
