I have recently been appointed as the new club's Child Welfare Officer (CWO) and as a Club we recommend that parents click the following link and complete the new FA's guidelines for soccer parents & carers. Each parent/carer will be able to print a "free" certificate after completeing the online guide, but you will be required to register for a "FAN" number in order to do this
