The reserves have enjoyed a successful league season narrowly missing out on automatic promotion by 1 point.
With a New Manager in Nick Grove and a very much changed squad from previous seasons it was going to be a challenge to all.
From Pre-season where a influx of youngsters from Severnside joined the club along with regular squad players they gelled together and had a superb season. out of the 24 league games the reserves never lost 2 consecutive games, were the 2nd highest scorers in the division with 72. Top goalscorer was new captain Ian Watkins with 19 league goals in 24 matches, closely followed by 16 year old Dan Turner who scored 18 goals in 15 matches. An excellent return in his debut season in senior football.
The season started with a depleted side against Cam in september where holidays and unavailabilty saw the sharks lose out 2-1 at home. The sharks only home defeats were with Cam and Chalford, winning 9 and drawing 1, the draw against league champions Avonvale United.
