The highly rated winger joined The Ducks from Northwich Victoria near the start of the 2016/17 season.Byrne quickly became an integral part of the squad with his running, crossing and goal scoring ability.
Alex can also take a mean free-kick and corner and has scored several times from set piece situations from both situations.
While Byrne is most effective on the right wing he can cover at right back or switch into the middle or left of an attacking midfield.
