RUGGS HAT TRICK DOES NOT DO THE TRICK
Frimley Green 3-3 Sheerwater Despite leading the game at 0-3 the Sheers ended up drawing in this critical match that now means they will end up bottom
Phil Ruggles despite only being at the club this year is now the Sheers top goal scorer with 9 goals after putting the visitors 0-3 ahead with his hat trick. The Green stormed back to level in the 90th minute that now means the Sheers will end the season bottom of the League. With 3 points the Sheers could have gone next week to Farleigh to win that may have taken them off the bottom as Bookham in their last match are up against promotion team Hartley Wintney.It was very dissapointing that several players made them selves unavailable for this most important fixture for Sherwater Football Club.It is also worth menioning that all 3 Ruggles brothers started this match Phil, Peter and Adie.
