Division One
Sheerwater 0 Staines Lammas 5
Sheerwater have now lost six games on the trot which is now causing concern at the club.
The Lammas are now destined to go up to the Premier League now that they have the facilities ground sharing at Ashford Town.
Sheerwater will be going the other way if they continue in this manner of conceding goals at will. The Sheers can have the ball for 10 minutes , then it breaks down and the Lammas score again, this typified how the match was won.
Even when The Sheers were destined to score as they broke in the box the game was hauled all the way back to Sheerwater's half by referee Dave Cooper to give The Lammas a free kick as a Sheerwater player had said something out of context. Dave's comment afterwards was 'I was trying to control the language'
Sheerwater visit Knaphill next week at Redding Way. 'We will be up for this one I hope'.
