AGM 24 July, Abbeydale Sports Club 7:30
Notice is given the the AGM will be held at the Abbeydale Sports Club at 7:30 on July 24 2012 in the President's Lounge.
Proposals for club officers should be sent to the Honorary Secretary by mail or e mail before 6:00 on 24 July. Proposals, in person can be made by 7:30 at Abbeydale.
The Club is, also, looking for nominations for the following roles:
•Assistant Secretary and Treasurer;
•Senior Match Secretary;
•Press and Marketing Officer; and
•Web Manager
to help, support and develop existing work within the club; none of the roles are particularly onerous and will help the Club's efforts in organising the 30th anniversary year and the proposed tour to Denver in 2014.
