The final game for the Storm saw them take on the NE Dekstars in what was a feisty encounter.
Moments into the game, Storm pushed the Dekstars well back into their own D-Zone, firing a range of shots at the goal. Tom Forster was unlucky to see his shot roll across the goalmouth and into the corner.
Dekstars had chances of their own, finding the gaps and getting shots on goal, but not finding a way past David Grant. Things started to get heated as Karl Wilson pushed forward, and he was put into the boards and then pushed again. Wilson gave a shove back as he forced his way to the net, even getting a shot on goal which was then saved. Verbal exchanges were made, but the play was to continue without incident.
Dekstars began to press the Storm defence, but the pressure filtered out and the game came to an end with a 0-0 draw, providing Storm with their only point of the tournament. Dekstars rounded off the day on 5 points.
