At the bottom of an email you will get from Les Gelling, you will find a link to GMS. Please click on the link. Insert your username (also at the bottom of the email) and your password. If you haven't used the site before, or have forgotten your password, then you'll need to click on 'Forgot Password' which will take you through a simple process to reset your password.

If you don't receive an email it could be because you are not yet on the GMS system or the email used is incorrect or outdated. Contact Les at (leslie.gelling@ntlworld.com) if you don't receive the GMS email.

Once you have accessed your account on the GMS site please check your details are correct and, if necessary, pay your membership. If you are an Honorary Member or a paid-up VP then this should be clear and you will not need to renew your account ... this will be done automatically. If you need to pay please click on 'Buy Membership' and select your preferred option from those membership/payment types available. Please note, if you have paid by standing order in the past then you should cancel that payment and set up a new payment through the GMS site.
