Shepshed Dynamo ended the season with a 3-3 draw after dominating the game with a final league position of fifteenth..
Despite a lion share of the possession Shepshed gave away three sloppy goals and a draw at the end was a close to fair result.
Shepshed were in control of the game from the start and Liam Hurst should have put Dynamo in front but clear on goal he blazed over the crossbar. Matt Langham then on four minutes header was wide of the mark.
Read had another chance for Shepshed on twelve minutes but his chance went begging.
Quorn's first chance came on sixteen minutes a double block by Joe Pheasant denying the visitors Leavi Oshungbure and James Jepson. This inspired the visitors Laurie Pearson pushing the ball away a minute later for Liam Hurst blocking away from Jimmy Broooks.
Shepshed took the lead on eighteen minutes Quorn did well to block two Dynamo chances Taylor Macmillan punching away from Langhams header and Hursts effort blocked but Michael Reeve was in the right position to fire passed Mcmillan.
Josh Morrall came close to doubling Shepshed's lead on nineteen minutes but his effort went over the bar and Pheasant continued Shepsheds dominance but his header was wide.
The game turned round on twenty six and twenty eight minutes Dynamo's failure to clear their lines allowed James Jepson to level the score and Simon Alcotts was given far too much space to give Quorn the lead with an overhead kick.
After giving the visitors a soft advantage Callum Thompson went close to putting the game out of sight.
Shepshed settled down with Reeve rounding Mcmillan on thirty five minutes and Langham's reaction shot cleared off the line.
Two minutes later and Langham's effort was blocked denying Dynamo again and on thirty nine minutes Reeve supplied to Read but his effort went wide.
Shepshed ended the half strongly and Liam Hurst was unlucky not to level the score.
Going into the break didn't harm Shepshed as they were looking to end the season on a high. Hurst linked with Reeve and Niall Prenderville was unlucky as his effort went over the bar.
Evan Cawley then had his effort deflected into on fifty three minutes.
Quorn came more into the game with Nicholas Gould into Pearson on fifty six minutes but Dynamo reacted with in an instant on the counter Reeve pull back to Langhan forcing a save from Mcmillan
Shepshed continued to press for an equaliser Reeve heading wdie a minute later and Read's shot into Mcmillan on sixty six minutes.
Two minutes later Thompson could have put the visitors 3-1 up but his effort was straight at Pearson.
Quorn gave themselves clear daylight on seventy four minutes after a handball by Niall Prenderville just outside the box Nathan Dale beat Pearson with a free kick into the bottom corner.
Shepshed never gave up Langahm was close to reducing the deficit three minutes later his flick on was denied by Jimmy Brooks clearance over the top.
Shepshed began their comeback on eighty two minutes Evan Cawley finding Read his pull back to Matt Gardner.
Thompson then went close for Quorn and Shepshed pressed forward with Gardner finding Reeve but he was denied as Mcmillan had both hands on the ball.

Shepshed levelled with time running out Reeve with an overhead kick on ninty minutes.
Shepshed could have gone onto win the game in injury time but for poor officiating with Read clear through on goal Dynamo were denied by the ball being brought back on the halfway line for a free kick.
Both teams would have taken a point in a local derby on the final day of the season. Another season over with the Loughborough Charity Cup Final to play for Wednesday 10th May against Loughborough Dynamo at The Dovecote Stadium.
