Dunkirk 1 Dynamo 5
Shepshed scored 5 goals on their travels for the second away game running at fourth from bottom Dunkirk.
Shepshed started well with Melbourne heading over from close range then he somehow put the ball over the bar from a few yards out but Shepshed then took the lead in the 8th Minute when a cross from Patrocinio was put away by Melbourne who tried his best to miss with the ball just rolling into the net past Dunkirk Keeper Ryan Howes.
In the 15th minute Dunkirk equalized when a quick free kick from Joel Howes was flicked on by George Harrison to Romello Nangle who put the ball into the right hand corner of the net past the advancing Shepshed Keeper Brandon Ganley.
Shepshed were back in front in the 18th Minute when a quick break down the right was completed when a cross from Melbourne saw Patrocinio get a touch on the ball which then hit the post and just trickled over the line.
In the 42nd Minute Shepshed went down to 10 Men when Skipper Jake Betts received a straight red when he went straight through Lorcan Hickey.
An eventful first half but Shepshed just about edged it, down to 10 Men the second half was going to be a real test for Shepshed.
However that was not the case after Prenderville headed the ball against the bar from a corner Shepshed made it 3 - 1 in the 51st Minute as a move down the left sees Sam Moore race through and his thunder bolt of a shot was smashed past Howes nearly ripping the net out.
Then Dunkirk also went down to 10 men when a late tackle by Romello Nangle who had already been booked was shown a second yellow and off he went.
Shepshed then put the game to bed in the 68th Minute when Melbourne powered his way down the left but his shot was saved by Howes but it came back to Patrocinio to fire the ball into the unguarded net.
Shepshed were now well on top and made it 5 - 1 in the 74th Minute when Melbourne cut inside the Dunkirk Defence to smash the ball into the Dunkirk net to complete a great all round performance by the Shepshed Striker.
Dunkirk had the last real chance of the match as Daryll Thomas beats the Offside trap but his closed down by the Shepshed defence but he still gets a shot in but is well saved by Shepshed Keeper Ganley.
A great day for Shepshed who were to hot too handle at times but most importantly that is now 9 games undefeated in all competitions.
