The Management of Sherborne RFC will always try, where possible, to resolve conflict, transgressions or other negative issues by informal discussion, without the need to become involved with third parties or "officaldom".
The Management do however recognise that some situations require a firm policy and a formal resolution, and with this in mind, the following policies and codes-of-conduct will be rigorously enforced.
