Training attendance last night reached 36. The youth set up was introduced to the senior squad. Luke Frost (picture) also put on a goalkeeping session
Training at Sheringham was at full tilt last night as Coach Ben Price and goalkeeping Coach Luke Frost put on a full session. Under 18's Manager Shane Clark introduced his young lads to the senior set up.
Goalkeeping Coach Luke Frost's quality sessions are regulary seeing 5 of the clubs keepers being put through their paces and its a facility most clubs even at a higher level can't achieve.
If any young players in readiness for the under 18's are interested in attending training starts at 7.00 on Tuesdays at Sheringhamfc (behind the splash complex)
Also club Physio Lucy Whitwood MSST, Bsc (hons) Sports Therapy is in attendance & has experience at Arsenal Ladies Centre of Excellence and has also worked alongside the clubs physiotherapists at Charlton Athletic FC. She is currently a tutor at Norwich City College on Sports injuries and Physiotherapy.
Lucy is available to consult and work on any injury during Tuesday evenings.
On the player front a new face attended training last night with Ridgeons experience and he is expected to be named in the squad against Mattishall for this Saturday upon completion of the paperwork. Also an ex Shannock, prolific striker, will return to the ranks also for this Saturdays inclusion as the management step up their bid to strengthen the squad.
