Emley have taken 73 points from the 41 games they’ve played so far, and they currently occupy eighth place in the table, three places and five points behind fifth-placed Shirebrook from the same number of games.

When the sides met in the reverse fixture at Langwith Road back in late November, Shirebrook ran out narrow 2-1 winners, grabbing all three points from a closely contested game thanks to Jamie Brown’s well-taken second half goal after the first half honours finished even when Paul Sykes’ penalty for the visitors cancelled out Danny Booth’s earlier strike for the home side.
