Shirebrook are back on the road tomorrow when they visit Armthorpe Welfare, The first meeting between the sides saw Armthorpe pick up a 1-0 win, Armthorpe sit in 16 place with 34 points from 31 games played so far this season Shirebrook will be hoping that they will get a game this weekend having seen there last 4 games called off because of the weather.

The weather looks to be picking up so we are hopeful the game will be on. Armthorpe beat us at home earlier in the season 0-1 so we know the threat they pose and I’m sure the lads will want to put in a performance. It feels a long time since the Bolsover and Yorkshire amateur games where we got 2 good wins. We will be looking to keep that run going heading into 4 Home games We have a full squad to choose from with the exception of Carter Widdowson (suspended) so we are looking forward to getting back into the swing of things.
