Shirebrook are back at Langwith Road tomorrow for there first game of 2018 as Eccleshill United visit the first meeting between the sides in August saw Shirebrook run out 4-1 winners thanks to goals from Joe Naylor, Kieran Watson, Declan Brewin and Kyle Lilley the visitors sit in 2nd place in the league table with 59 points from 26 games played and are only 1 point off the top of the table.

Shirebrook manager Rob Camm had this to say about the game

We have a really tough game ahead of us, Eccleshill went on a huge unbeaten streak shortly after we beat them
At their place and have placed themselves amongst the top 2-3 teams in the division. I think that is testament to how well we played in the reverse fixture as it’s never an easy place to go. I believe in this squad of players while heartedly and when the chips are down I back us to put in a performance and I hope that will be the case tomorrow! We had a fantastic turn out against Retford and although the result may not have been what we went for but I’m sure it would have been entertaining for the spectator! I’d hope for a similar crowd tomorrow!
