The end of season presentation evening will be on friday 27th May at THE OLD LODGE, Minchinhampton Common
and aprroximately 100 of us will sit down around tables of 10 with guests arriving at 7 for a 7.45 sit down followed by the presentations at 9.15...
Costs for those paying will be £25 per head including table wine - 3 bottles per table.. (2 white, 1 red).
The menu will be Newent free range chicken with a mushroom and parika sauce, boulangerie potatoes, sauteed savoy cabbage and pancetta...
Followed by either Rasberry Cheesecake and orange compote or bread and butter pudding and vanilla custard.
If people have special dietry requirements they should let Roger Grant or Adam Jury know as soon as possibe please..
Unfortunately if anyone cannot attend after booking their place we will still have to charge them unless they let Adam or Roger know at least 48 hours in advance
Dress Code will be Black Tie or Lounge suits.
