Parking Fees:
We are not charging individual teams an entry fee, but to cover the cost of staging the festival, we will be charging £5.00 admission per car.
Timetable:
10.00am - 10.15am Finalise registration
10:15am - 10:30am Coaches/referees meeting
10:30am First matches to kick-off
2.00pm - 2.15pm Presentation
Refreshments:
There will be a range of hot and cold refreshments (bacon butties, soup, hot dogs, coffee, tea etc.) available to purchase from the clubhouse and around the festival ground as well as a full bar service.
Photos:
We have arranged for a professional photographer to cover the event and parents will have the opportunity to purchase pictures of their mini-heroes. The photographer will be clearly visible, and he has been advanced CRB checked. Please advise parents accordingly.
The finer details:
We have created a festival page on our website that will contain all of the details of the event. This will be added to from now until the night before the festival advising of any last minute changes.
