Training takes place at the club on Tuesday evening from 6.15pm - 7.30pm, with a mixture of training and competitive game. On a Sunday it will either by training at the club 10.30 am - 12 noon or a match which will either be home or away.

Mouth Guard essential for training and matches.

Players who are under 12 years old (commencing Year 8) on the 1st of Sept 2023 can join our squad for the 2023/24 season.
