Club Constitution
At the AGM the existing Committee will be recommending minor modifications to the existing Constitution. Item 7 within the Agenda lists those proposed changes. The membership is invited to study these changes, attend the AGM and vote on the proposed changes.

All Members whether they are Players, Life members, Honorary members, Social members and Parents of Juniors are urged to attend as the clubs future regarding the playing, development and social aspects of the club will be discussed in depth and determined by the participants at the meeting.

Notes:
a) Only present 2016, paid up, members will be permitted to vote.
b) Junior Members and Honorary Members are reminded they are not eligible to vote.
c) Nominations for membership of the Committee must be with me by Monday 7th November. The consent of each nominee in writing shall accompany the nomination.
