The good news is works are due to start tomorrow and it's hoped the playground will be ready for a grand opening on the next bank holiday weekend which is fantastic news.

Thanks again to Johnny Lawless and his fundraising committee not only for the incredible speed in which the monies were raised but for organising and overseeing all the works. Thanks also to everybody who ran, walked cycled etc to raise the necessary funds. It took a really big effort and the rewards will be there for everybody to see in the next couple of weeks.

Next up will be a fundraising initiative for a difference to raise funds for a replacement minibus. More details to follow...
