Open Training Session to All Seniors and Colts

On Saturday 30th of August we will be holding an open training session for anyone who wants to attend (unless off with the 1st XV).

It will be a good opportunity to shake off the cobwebs of the long summer before the first league game, get your hands on the ball again, do some contact work and even run through some moves.

It will also be a great chance for the colts to come and get a feel for the senior side of the club and for the seniors to get to know them.

We are actively encouraging all senior sides and colts to attend, so lets ensure we have a good turn out from both.

We will be starting at 1pm at the club, ensure you have plenty of water in case its hot and remember there will be no changing rooms or showers available.
